As a newly formed Emergency Services District, Carson County ESD No. 1 has not yet completed a full fiscal year of operations and, therefore, has not conducted an audit at this time. Financial reporting and any required audit or financial review will be performed in accordance with applicable Texas law and established public-sector standards.
